His career successes include selling, managing, training and delivering within highly-competitive B2B, B2C, manufacturing, production, automotive, FMCG, commercial market sectors and transactional Lean.

Michael’s experience encompasses strong project and operational leadership with broad business improvement experience, including senior/board level interim management roles covering Supply Chain & Operations.

His work is results orientated & profit-focused with extensive World Class / Lean manufacturing and Supply Chain expertise, including working in Japan with Kawasaki and their suppliers.

Michael also has significant experience of successful business transformation utilising Kawasaki Production System (KPS) tools & techniques to drive both stepchange and continual improvement in external/internal supply-chains in range of industries from multi-national to small SME’s.
