Ian Tidmarsh

Ian Tidmarsh, a Core Partners co-founder, has worked across a broad range of industries including major blue chip businesses and middle market companies during the past 18 years.

As an Operations Director for a major B2B business he successfully delivered business turnaround, stabilising and securing the operations. Ian has also held line roles with major UK Aerospace and Automotive companies.

Ian focussed on delivering rapid business-wide performance improvement, covering supply chain and planning management, operational recovery and business reviews.

Ian has a wide range of sector experience including; FMCG, CPG, retail, medical products, general manufacturing and food processing.

He also has significant experience of supplier management, sourcing strategy implementation and purchasing cost reduction.
